Stroud teacher to admit to making indecent photos of children

A Stroud teacher is admitting 11 charges of making indecent photographs of children at his Hardwicke home.

Simon Warner, 38, of Church Lane, Hardwicke, indicated a guilty plea to all 11 charges at Gloucester magistrates' court.

The charges were that between April 7, 2007 and October 25, 2007 at Hardwicke, Warner made 11 indecent photographs of children.

Prosecuting solicitor Peter Ashby asked that the case be committed to Gloucester Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.

Defending solicitor Roz Jackson told the court that her client would be indicating a guilty plea.

Warner was given bail to reappear at Gloucester Crown Court on October 3.
